The Ncstar GEN3 Ultimate Sighting System USS AR-15 3-9x40 BDC riflescope combo, featuring a Red Micro Dot optic, is specifically calibrated for AR-15 and M4 .223 rifles with a 1 ½" centerline height. The micro dot sight is mounted directly onto the riflescope body within an armored micro dot mount. This compact 3-9x40 AR-15 scope and QD mount combination boasts a modern design and enhanced features, including an illuminated MIL-Dot reticle available in both red and blue, controlled by an electronic control panel. The AR-15 scope is equipped with a bullet drop compensator (BDC), a large magnification ring, and a quick focus ring. It operates on a standard AA battery and includes a quick-release Picatinny mount. The electronic control panel allows users to turn the illuminated MIL-Dot reticle on and off, adjust its brightness, and switch the reticle color between blue and red. The entire ocular body of the GEN3 Ultimate Sighting System whole ocular body functions as a large magnification ring, complemented by an adjustable reticle focus ring located at the end of the ocular lens. The scope features a low-profile elevation turret with a Bullet Drop Compensator (BDC) calibrated for M193 55gr FMJ Mil-Spec ammunition. It utilizes a single standard AA battery (included) for extended battery life and ease of use. The auto-locking quick-release mount is compatible with Weaver, Picatinny, and MIL-STD 1913 type rails.
